Shipping policy

Business Hours: Monday-Friday  between 10am to 5pm Perth Time. We don’t operate or ship on holidays & weekends. We are not available after 10PM Perth Time.   Please allow 24-72 hours for your call inquiries to be responded to.

Orders Processing Time 1-4 Business Days

Shipping Company:  For our Australia based customers, we use Australia post to ship your orders.

ORDER TRACKING: Once your package has shipped, tracking sends via the preferred method chosen at checkout. You may also check your spam folder

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: When you purchase you are agreeing to the processing times, and terms of service. Packages may incur customs fee upon delivery, and customers are responsible for any customs fees charged by their country. If your package is returned, shipping will not be refunded only product cost. The shipping company chosen at checkout is at the customer’s sole choice and you acknowledge awareness of their shipping policies.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED ITEMS: Betiorganics is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. We ensure all orders are shipped to the address listed on the order, in perfect condition & you must track them to ensure they deliver to the address provided. If your package shows in-transit/delivered, you must contact your local courier to locate your package. In the event your package seems to be lost, we will file a missing package claim with the shipping service & they will issue you a refund. (Shipping cost excluded). DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE RUFUNDED BETIORGANICS only by the shipping company.

Pickup

Pickup location Thornlie, Perth WA

Pickup is only available on Tuesdays  and Fridays  . Please make sure you select pick up when you checkout if you live locally. Also please keep in mind that only pick up is allowed when payments are made on our website. We will not be taking orders on Instagram & WhatsApp, We can’t also hold on orders without any payment.
